The north node is where you are heading what calls to you, even if it isn't yet familiar. The south node is where you come from what you can do almost without thinking.
To me, it seems the south is your foundation, the place where you feel safe, while the north represents growth. You don't have to leave the south behind; instead, use it as a base to take a step toward the north, little by little.
