This Disclaimer supplements the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Impronta platform, operated by Visualsense. By using the Service, the user declares that they have read and understood the following.

1. Nature of the Human Design system

Human Design is a self-knowledge system that combines elements drawn from different traditions (including astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah and the chakra system) with references to concepts from physics and genetics. It is not a science: it is not validated by the scientific method, it is not recognised by the scientific community, and its statements have no diagnostic, predictive or therapeutic value. The platform presents it as a tool for reflection, personal exploration and entertainment.

2. Purpose of the content

All Service content — readings, chart descriptions, daily transits, guides, articles, yoga sequences, community content — serves exclusively informational, inspirational, personal-growth and entertainment purposes. No content constitutes an established fact about the user's person nor a reliable prediction of future events.

3. No professional advice

The Service content does not constitute and in no way replaces:

• medical or health advice: for any physical or mental health matter, consult a doctor or a qualified healthcare professional; never delay or discontinue treatments or therapies based on the platform's content;
• psychological or psychotherapeutic advice: energetic descriptions are not clinical assessments of personality;
• legal, tax or financial advice: do not make economic, professional or legal decisions based on the Service content;
• any other form of regulated professional advice.

In the event of a medical emergency, contact your country's emergency services immediately.

4. Yoga practice

The sequences and content of the yoga section are offered for general, non-personalised purposes. Before undertaking any physical activity, consult a doctor, particularly in the presence of health conditions, pregnancy or injuries. Practice takes place under the user's sole responsibility, and users must respect their own physical limits.

5. AI-generated content

Part of the Service's texts (in particular daily transit descriptions and portions of the readings) is automatically generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems. Such systems produce plausible text but may generate inaccuracies, generalisations, inconsistencies or incorrect content. AI texts are not individually reviewed by humans before publication. Users are invited to read them with a critical mind and not to base any significant decision on them.

6. Accuracy of astronomical calculations

Calculations of planetary positions and ephemerides are carried out with the utmost technical care. However, approximations or errors may occur due, among other things, to: imprecise birth data provided by the user, historical time zones and daylight saving rules, geocoding of the place of birth through third-party services, and intrinsic limits of the calculation models. The Operator does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the results.

7. User decisions

Any decision made by the user — personal, relational, professional, economic or health-related — even if inspired by the Service content, is made in full autonomy and under their sole responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for the consequences of such decisions.

8. Independence and third-party trademarks

Impronta is an independent project developed by Visualsense. The platform is not affiliated with, connected to, sponsored, approved or authorised by Jovian Archive Media Inc., the International Human Design School (IHDS), the estate of Ra Uru Hu, or any other official Human Design organisation. Any third-party names, trademarks or designations mentioned in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and cultural reference purposes, with no claim of association.

The calculation software, the BodyGraph design as rendered by the platform, the interfaces and the technical infrastructure are original developments and the exclusive property of Visualsense.

9. User and community content

Opinions, posts, comments and messages published by users in the community area represent solely the views of their respective authors and do not reflect the position of the Operator, who does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or lawfulness. The Operator employs moderation systems but does not carry out a systematic prior review of all content.

10. External links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. The Operator has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. No guarantee of results

The Operator does not guarantee any specific result — in terms of well-being, awareness, personal, relational or professional improvement — arising from the use of the Service. Experiences are subjective and vary from person to person.

12. Limitations of liability

For limitations and exclusions of liability, please refer in full to section 13 of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded remain in any case unaffected.
