As a manifesting Generator, I always end up running around too much, forgetting to listen to my belly... and the frustration sets in! 😅
How do you stop and wait for the Sacral's response before diving headfirst into something?

I totally relate! For a generator, the mind loves to rush ahead, but the Sacral only responds in the present moment. To catch myself before diving in, I try to pause and use simple yes/no checkins or wait for an external prompt. If the gut feels quiet or resistant, I force myself to wait.
