Hi everyone!! 🙋😊
My root center is defined, and to me, it feels a bit like having a small motor running in the background. The image mentions "constant, managed adrenaline pressure," and I really relate to that, because I constantly feel a drive to get things done and bring them to completion. As a projector with emotional authority, i’ve realized that this drive isn’t a command it’s just energy.
So I asked myself: if my root Is defined meaning that pressure is always "on" how do I distinguish between a genuine impulse and just that motor idling away? For those of you who also have a defined root how do you experience this daily pressure? What do you do to keep from getting swept up by it? 🙏

Hi Daochalida, thanks for sharing i really relate to this! And I agree with Maria: asking myself "why now?" helps me too; I’d never thought of it that way before.
I’ve noticed that if I rush around, I get tired right away, so whenever I can, I take a moment to myself maybe go for a walk. After a little while, I have a better sense of what’s actually urgent and what can wait. I don’t have a set rule I’m still figuring it out but it’s nice to know I’m not the only one. 🌿

Hi Daochalida! I feel that urge almost every day too, and I understand how tiring it is. I ask myself a simple question: "Why do I have to do this right now?" If I can't find a real reason, it usually isn't urgent, and I can wait.
Then I try to feel the answer in my body, not in my head. For me, it’s a sensation of opening or closing in my gut. For example, if I’m asked to go out and I think, "I should go," but I feel a heaviness in my stomach, then for me it’s a "no" even if my head comes up with a thousand reasons to say "yes." 😂
