How it works

    You get your link

    On approval we assign you an address of your own, in the form impronta.life/@yourname.

    You share it wherever you like

    In a post, a story, a newsletter, under a video. There are no limits on where.

    Whoever comes through it becomes your customer

    Whoever opens your link stays linked to you for 60 days. If they register, the attribution is permanent: from then on you earn a commission on everything they buy, subscriptions included.

Commercial terms

First sale

On the first purchase by each attributed user. Applies to reports and subscriptions. Not subject to expiry.

Subsequent purchases

On each later purchase by the same user, for 12 months from activation of the affiliation.

Discount to the user

Granted on the first report. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid.

The programme in detail

    Application

    The application states the main channel and the intended promotional activity. Each application is reviewed individually.

    Identifier assignment

    On approval, a unique identifier is assigned, in the form impronta.life/@identifier.

  3. 3

    Attribution

    Opening the link associates the visitor with the affiliate for 60 days. Attribution is fixed at registration and cannot subsequently be changed.

    Vesting and settlement

    Commissions are recorded once payment completes and become payable at the end of the vesting period.

Payments

Vesting and settlement

Each commission is subject to a vesting period of 30 days from the purchase date, corresponding to the window in which a payment may still be refunded or disputed. At the end of that period the amount becomes payable.

Settlement may be requested once the payable balance reaches 20,00 € or more. Payment is made to a PayPal account or by bank transfer. The PayPal address given may differ from the one linked to the account.

Tax obligations arising on amounts received rest with the affiliate, under the law of their country of residence.

Restrictions

Activities not permitted

Joining the programme entails accepting certain operational limits. Failure to observe them results in suspension of the affiliation and cancellation of commissions not yet payable.

  • Purchasing paid placement on “Impronta” and its variants, or on terms liable to divert users already looking for the service.
  • Ascribing to the service medical, therapeutic, predictive or financial purposes it does not have.
  • Presenting oneself as an employee, representative or agent of Impronta.
  • Unsolicited bulk communications, automated traffic and practices contrary to the terms of the platforms used.
  • Registering domains, profiles or accounts whose name may be confused with the official ones.
  • Attributions generated by the affiliate or by accounts traceable to them.
Clarifications

Recurring questions

Is an Impronta account required?

Yes. The affiliation is attached to an existing account: registration on the site precedes the application.

On what basis are applications assessed?

The identifier operates on the impronta.life domain. Each application is reviewed to establish the context of use and its consistency with the programme terms.

Can the link identifier be changed?

Yes, on request. Any change renders previously distributed links inoperative.

What happens in the event of a refund?

The commission on that sale is cancelled. This is the reason for the 30-day vesting period.

Do commissions expire?

The commission on the first sale does not expire. The commission on subsequent purchases is granted for 12 months from activation.

What does the commission accrue on?

On every payment made by the attributed user: reports, subscriptions and their renewals, embed licences. The 40% applies to the first purchase; the 20% to all later ones, renewals included.

Does the discount apply to subscriptions as well?

No, only to reports, and only on the first purchase.
