Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern participation in the affiliate programme of Impronta, operated by Visualsense, registered office in Via Santa Maria di Porta 27 — 03037 Pontecorvo (FR), Italia, VAT IT02637440600 (the “Operator”). They form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which continue to apply to anything not expressly covered here.

1. Admission

Participation is open to holders of an active account on the Service who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. Admission is by application and is subject to the Operator's discretionary approval; the Operator is not required to give reasons for a refusal.

On approval, a unique identifier is assigned (the “affiliate link”). The identifier is chosen by the Operator and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, in particular where it is liable to cause confusion as to the Operator's identity or the nature of the relationship.

2. Attribution

Opening the affiliate link stores a technical cookie lasting 60 days. Attribution is fixed when a new account is created and cannot subsequently be changed. Where several links have been opened before registration, the most recent prevails.

No attribution arises for: accounts traceable to the affiliate, accounts registered with the affiliate's own email address, and accounts already existing when the link was opened.

3. Remuneration

The affiliate is entitled to a commission of 40% on the first purchase made by each attributed user, and 20% on that user's subsequent purchases, for 12 months from activation of the affiliation. The commission on the first purchase is not subject to expiry.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the user, after any discounts and before payment-provider fees. Taxes, shipping and other charges are excluded.

Attributed users receive a 10% discount on their first report purchase. The discount is not cumulative with other price reductions: the one most favourable to the user applies.

4. Vesting and payment

Each commission is subject to a vesting period of 30 days from the purchase date, after which it becomes payable. If the purchase is refunded, reversed or disputed within that period, the commission is cancelled.

Payment may be requested once the payable balance reaches 20,00 € or more, and is made, at the affiliate's choice, by PayPal credit or bank transfer. The details supplied by the affiliate are their sole responsibility; the Operator is not liable for payments made to incorrect details supplied by the affiliate.

Any charges applied by the payment provider are borne by the affiliate.

5. Affiliate obligations

The affiliate undertakes to promote the Service truthfully and not to:

• ascribe to the Service characteristics, purposes or outcomes it does not have, in particular of a medical, therapeutic, predictive or financial nature;
• hold themselves out as an employee, representative or agent of the Operator;
• use the Operator's trade mark or distinctive signs in a way liable to cause confusion;
• send unsolicited bulk communications, purchase automated traffic or engage in practices contrary to the terms of the platforms used;
• bid for paid placement on keywords corresponding to the Operator's trade mark or variants of it;
• register domains, profiles or accounts whose name may be confused with the Operator's.

The affiliate acts entirely independently. This relationship does not constitute employment, agency, mandate, partnership or joint venture.

6. Tax obligations

Amounts are paid gross of any tax. The affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes, contributions and any other obligation under the law of their country of residence, and for issuing any required tax documents. The Operator makes no withholdings and assumes no tax obligation on the affiliate's behalf.

7. Data on attributed users

The affiliate receives no personal data concerning attributed users. The dashboard shows only a sequential number, the registration date, the date and type of purchase, and the commission amount.

8. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or withdraw participation at any time, with immediate effect, in the event of breach of these terms, conduct liable to damage the Service's reputation, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent attribution. In such cases, commissions not yet payable may be cancelled.

The affiliate may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the right to payment of commissions already payable at the effective date.

The Operator may suspend or close the programme on thirty days' notice, sent to the email address linked to the account. Commissions accrued up to that date remain due.

9. Amendments

The Operator may amend these terms and the commercial conditions. Changes to commission rates have no retroactive effect on commissions already accrued, and apply to existing affiliates only after notice to the email address linked to the account.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This relationship is governed by Italian law. The courts of the Operator's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
